Roof Repair Case Studies: Bathroom Vent Replacement in Danielson CT

Challenge

After one of the rain storms in the summer of 2017, we got a call from a client with a massive leak in their bathroom! We quickly dispatched one of our trained roofing inspectors to the site to determine the issue.

Solution

After a thorough inspection of the roof and attic, he found the issue, a leaking bathroom fan ventilation hood. After putting the clients’ mind at ease that they didn’t need a new roof he covered the area so no additional damage would happen until the full repair could be made. The owners of this home are now nice and dry!
