Responsibilities

• Install residential roofing systems according to Heritage Systems & Manufacturer standards
• Complete tear-offs, installations, and cleanup efficiently
• Maintain safe, organized, and professional job sites
• Communicate job progress with project managers
• Ensure all work meets required specifications and quality expectations
• Follow all company and regulatory safety procedures

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Trade school or roofing-related training helpful but not required

Experience Requirements

• Proven experience installing residential roofing systems
• Experience managing or working with a roofing crew
• Knowledge of installation best practices and jobsite safety

• Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail
• Comfort using technology such as CompanyCam for photo documentation and job tracking
• Ability to follow digital job packets, upload site photos, and maintain accurate project records

Qualifications

• Completed W-9 form
• Active Workers’ Compensation Insurance
• EIN letter on file
• Valid contractor license if required in your state
• Reliable work vehicle, tools, and all equipment necessary for full completion of roofing jobs
• Certificate of Insurance listing the following as the Certificate Holder: Heritage Systems, Inc. 348 Huntingdon Ave Waterbury, CT 06708
