Gutter Installation Subcontractor

Heritage Systems is seeking experienced and dependable Gutter Installation Subcontractors to support ongoing projects across our service divisions. We provide steady, year-round work, clear work orders, and reliable weekly pay. Responsibilities

• Install seamless gutter systems according to Heritage Systems standards
• Provide high-quality craftsmanship and professional customer interaction
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
• Follow all safety protocols and site requirements
• Communicate job progress and completion through required documentation
• Ensure all work is completed on time and to specification

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Trade experience or technical training is a plus

Experience Requirements

• Proven experience installing residential or commercial gutter systems
• Experience managing or working with a skilled crew
• Familiarity with jobsite safety standards and installation best practices

• Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail
• Comfort using technology such as CompanyCam for photo documentation and job tracking
• Ability to follow digital job packets, upload site photos, and maintain accurate project records

Qualifications

• W9 form filled out
• Workers’ Compensation Insurance
• EIN letter
• Valid contractor license (if required in your state)
• Reliable work vehicle, equipment, and tools necessary for full completion of gutter jobs
• Optional: Owner of 5" or 6" gutter machine
• Certificate of Insurance with the following as the Certificate Holder: Heritage Systems, Inc 348 Huntingdon Ave Waterbury, CT 06708
