I am sitting in my backyard admiring my new roof as I write this. Millstream Construction did an excellent job and the roof looks great. I have such peace of mind now knowing that I don't have to worry about my roof any more . I had let things go a bit too long and Chris was very good about explaining what needed to be fixed and why . Their workers were polite, conscientious, and quiet-- well as quiet as a roofing job can be anyway! They did a great job cleaning up afterwards after completing the job in just one day. The price was quite reasonable for all of the work they did, which generously included repointing the top layer of my chimney which had started popping bricks onto the roof in the past few years. The chimney was stubborn and popped a few more bricks and they came back as soon as weather permitted and fixed the problem. Any homeowner can tell you that the devil is in the details when it comes to follow up visits from construction companies so I was very happy about this.
