Had an amazing experience with Millstream Construction. Chris the owner and project managers were extremely great on communicating and explaining the whole process to replace my roof. They will continually follow up to make sure you are happy and everything is to the customers standard. HIGHLY RECOMMEND very professional company

Our experience with Millstream was very favorable. We replaced a 23 year old roof that, while not yet failing, was ready for an upgrade. Eric B. was our estimator/sales person - he was knowledgable, personable and provided a competitive quote. I like the fact that Millstream only uses top quality products from Owens-Corning and they are local to the area. I'm a bit of a stickler when it comes to contractual terms, especially with an expense this large, and Eric was patient and accommodating when I requested that additional details on the products needed to be added to the contract prior to signing. the Millstream team will stand behind their work. Based on our experience, we would recommend Millstream without hesitation.
Millstream did a great job tearing
Millstream did a great job tearing down and rebuilding our chimney. They worked their schedule around our newborn. Chris even had it sealed it up over last winter, when it was too cold to mix mortar. Thanks guys, we appreciate it.

The crew showed up on time, completed all work as promised, completed all work as scheduled and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Dave at Millstream was a pleasure
Dave at Millstream was a pleasure to work with during the review and quoting process. I tend to want to understand all the details and what I'm getting for the cost and he was very thorough and clear with each response. The overall quote was well within that of other local reputable companies I had quotes with and the quality I received looks to be great as there have been no further water issues that were occurring on the previous roof line. The on-site workers were very considerate and efficient to get the job completed very quickly. The project manager, Anthony, was easy to get a hold of and maintain proper direction. There were a few bumps in communication between the quoting activity and what Anthony understood needed to be accomplished but he was quick to sort those out and keep everything on track without any cost issues to me. That extra I put in to make sure everything was as I had intended with the Dave is the only reason why I didn’t give 5 star but is certainly not something that would keep me from working with Millstream again. I highly recommend their service.
