I emailed from the website for an estimate on Sunday night. I received a call first thing Monday morning. I had an estimate the following morning. So, there is quick response time, and I had a fast estimate appointment. Then the salesman Craig was helpful, knowledgeable, explained everything, answered all questions, was patient, and had an estimate emailed to us within minutes. Upon making the decision to go with Millstream, we decided to go through financing. Craig brought us through the process fast and flawlessly. We had a soft install date for about 2 weeks depending on weather and material but this was no shock because it had already been explained in detail prior to signing the contract. Then we received a call letting us know the install date. All workers and materials were delivered on time, pictures and monitoring go on throughout the work process to ensure quality assurance. My warranty was received within a week via email prior to the written warranty that will arrive in the mail. Every single person we dealt with was outstanding. The work is excellent. The team is wonderful. Everyone is professional and Millstream is exactly what you would want and expect when hiring a contractor. We are very happy and will gladly recommend them.
