Updated (2/1/2020) I increased my rating to four stars. Nick Ortiz who is the General Manager at Millstream contacted me after reading my original review from December 2019. I am impressed by the customer service to handle this in a timely manner. I will now recommend Millstream to others for roofing projects, but just be aware that they might use subcontractors. I hope the company they use will learn from their past mistakes.
