My experience with Millstream Construction has been very positive. My roofing job ended up being a challenge for me; as my first contractor did not work out. I read a book on roofing to become more informed and found I Chris (the owner) on Angie’s List. I called Chris and shortly thereafter he came to my house providing a very impressive presentation of materials and knowledge. I was surprised he was not upselling more. We signed a contract and he lived up to every obligation. His workers worked very hard and his foreman, Craig Kelso, was a pleasure to have here supervising the work. Craig is a great guy and very knowledgeable. During the process, Craig and Chris did an extra step on the flat roofs with which I am impressed, coordinated referrals / work for crown molding, gutters, and painting on the house. Ironically, the day they finished, we had severe storms. This was the ultimate test of their work. The house remained dry as a bone. I am so impressed and happy with their work that they are doing my Mom’s house next!
