This company stands behind it's work! That is so unusual.
We have used Millstream for two jobs. A few years back they put a new roof and new skylights on our house. The work was excellent and we were very pleased. We had them put a matching new roof on our gazebo this past week. Every contact with Millstream, from office staff, to roofers, inspectors, carpenters, has been great. We were surprised that they could fit in our gazebo job so quickly and are very pleased. They are responsive and efficient. We just had a conversation with one of their employees, Steve, who came to pick up the final check and he made a great suggestion on how to keep bees and wasps out of the louvered cupola on the gazebo. We were annoyed with ourselves that we hadn't thought of the problem and about repainting the cupola before telling them to replace it and shingle the top. Steve even said they could put up the screening for us if we didn't want to do it, even though I hadn't thought they would want to bother with such a small thing.
