While selling my house the buyers
While selling my house the buyers home inspector said the flashing around my chimney was leaking and needed repair. Craig stopped by and took a look at it and instead of trying to sell me an expensive repair he inspected the chimney inside and out and figured out it just needed some silicone sealant. It was nice to meet a contractor who wasn't trying to make money selling me something I didn't need.
Millstream has replaced my entire roof
Millstream has replaced my entire roof as well as a few windows on my first home and the quality of their work is excellent! Their pricing has also beat all the competition. Both jobs were very fast, clean, and VERY professional. I recommend this company to anyone and everyone and will absolutely be reaching out to them for all of my future home improvement needs! Called Millstream for an estimate based
Called Millstream for an estimate based on other positive reviews. Now I can add my voice to theirs. Spoke with Chris who asked all the right questions. We booked an appointment and Craig arrived early. What a nice surprise. He took time and photos of where our roof leaks seem to be originating. We discussed a number of options from the simple to a full blown tear-down repair. For today, we chose the simple solution with the understanding that we might need a major repair later in the year. No heavy pressure, no pushy sales, just the facts and how each method might effect the outcome. Can't say enough about Craig's professionalism, friendliness and willingness to work within our time frame and budget constraints. Unable at this time to review any major work, since that was not done. But will definitely be calling Millstream Construction if/when the larger project needs to be done. New posting - Millstream came this June, with a very reasonable estimate, for a partial roof replacement. Could not have asked for better people to do our project. From star to finish everyone we dealt with was fabulous. Five stars +++++

Millstream Construction is a credit to their profession. After severe hailstone damage to my roof and house, I contacted Millstream from a friend’s recommendation. I had also met with 3 additional roofing companies and surprisingly, all the quotes were very similar. Millstream was punctual and very attentive to my questions and concerns. They provided clarity and advice based on their experience with insurance claims. After the insurance adjuster misquoted the costs associated with the repairs, Millstream helped with the process to make sure I had received reimbursement that aligned with the costs of the repairs. No other company that I met with was willing to provide this support. Millstream went as so far as meeting with the adjusters on the re-inspection finding additional areas that had sustained damage that were not seen before. Since Millstream is a factory certified MasterElite GAF provider, my roof came with a 50 year deluxe warranty which no one else offered. After awarding Millstream the job, their team arrived on the day scheduled, and worked for 2 days until the job was complete. They were all courteous and cleaned the job site completely on both days. I was very impressed with the entire team! My roof looks fabulous and I would highly recommend Millstream for any roofing needs.

As soon as we contacted him, he went over and above the call of duty checking on the damage to our house and making sure it was secure as we were 600 miles away. His professionalism is impeccable. We could not have had a better experience. Chris is terrific to work with and the crews are professional. They did our roof 3 years ago and when the hailstorm hit Granby this past Spring, Chris reached out to us, took a look at the roof, worked with the insurance company, coordinated with the solar company for panel removal and replacement, and even helped with new gutters. Everything went smoothly. We highly recommend Millstream.

Millstream Construction saved me! After the recent tornado ripped through my neighborhood several properties and homes were damaged-mine was no exception. I submitted a claim to my insurance company, as gutters were torn from my house and property damage was very apparent. The insurance adjustor visited my home and assessed the damage, he indicated that my roof was aging but in good overall condition and no damage occurred as a result of the storm. I contacted a number of contractors to submit estimates to replace my gutters and complete other various projects as a result of the damage. Some contractors showed up and provided quotes, others never returned my call. Chris Gonsalves, Owner of Millstream visited my home and immediately identified wind damage to my roof. This damage is not ordinarily recognized by the average person, but Chris is not the average person-nor contractor. He was instrumental in getting my insurance company to do another inspection and approve a roof replacement. He is very knowledgeable, professional, honest, and hard-working. This guys works 15 hours a day. Isn't this type of person/business our Country should pride itself on..Hard and honest work! Professional from initial presentation through successful completion of the project (roof re-shingle, chimney removal, hip roof weatherproof and access and power vent installation). Commercial grade quality. Experienced Foreman onsite at all times in support of the roofing team and myself. Roofing team was impressive in their skill, efficiency and team work. Highly recommend. Will use for future construction projects.
