Millstream Construction is a top-notch company and our family HIGHLY recommends them. We had wind damage that occurred to our roof due to all the storms we had in March of 2018. We needed a roofing company asap. We honestly did not know where to start. So, we sat down and did a Google Search for roofing companies all in the proximity to our area. We read through tons of reviews and ratings. Millstream had great ratings and reviews; the reviews included: how professional they are, contact and care directly from the owner, clean and timely, great quality and pricing, etc and these helped make our decision to go with Millstream and we are SO GLAD we did! We started by filling the form out online for the estimate and in a short time we receive a call from the owner of the company Chris. This already stood-out and was honorable and professional. We were most shocked that the job was finished in ONE DAY!!!They arrived at about 7:30 am and by 2:30 pm were finished!!! We could not believe it! The Millstream men were very clean, they cleaned up during the installation and did a thorough clean-up after words. We are very impressed with this company from every end of the process. The direct contact with the owner, the personable attention to detail, the professionalism and thoroughness. We again HIGHLY recommend Millstream Construction! Millstream Construction owned by Chris Gonsalves is an amazing, professional organization. We hired Chris recently to conduct a roof inspection of a home we were buying in the Hartford area. He was awesome! He arrived early and got down to business, inspecting the roof as well as all of the flashings, skylights, and chimneys in the home. He climbed out on the roof as well as using a drone to conduct a full, thorough inspection. He made a ton of pictures and told us exactly what he thought and which he thought should be the priorities. I have NO DOUBT that when it comes time for us to repair this roof Chris will be the man we hire and SO SHOULD YOU!

I am sitting in my backyard admiring my new roof as I write this. Millstream Construction did an excellent job and the roof looks great. I have such peace of mind now knowing that I don't have to worry about my roof any more . I had let things go a bit too long and Chris was very good about explaining what needed to be fixed and why . Their workers were polite, conscientious, and quiet-- well as quiet as a roofing job can be anyway! They did a great job cleaning up afterwards after completing the job in just one day. The price was quite reasonable for all of the work they did, which generously included repointing the top layer of my chimney which had started popping bricks onto the roof in the past few years. The chimney was stubborn and popped a few more bricks and they came back as soon as weather permitted and fixed the problem. Any homeowner can tell you that the devil is in the details when it comes to follow up visits from construction companies so I was very happy about this.

Their prices are reasonable and you feel like you're dealing an expert rather than a salesman during the estimate (like we've found with so many other companies).
