When my roof was done the Project manager (who is no longer there) allowed a skylight to be put on that was too large for the opening. I didn’t notice until all the work was done. When I asked him he told me that they didn’t have one to fit the opening. I was really upset. I contacted Millstream after awhile as I kept getting more upset and felt I was taken advantage of.which I was. Chris the owner had no idea that had happened. He immediately sent out his new project manager Nick to address the issue. They came out took measurements and said they would call me as soon as the skylight came in....they did find one that would fit in the opening! They came back with the skylight and installed it. They even saw that the chimney was missing a cap ordered one and put that on too. My original bad experience turned in to a really very good experience. I can't thank them enough for correcting the issue. You can feel comfortable hiring Millstream Roofing, if I could give them 10 stars I would! I am extremely happy.
