Their onsite supervisor was readily available to answer my questions before, during and after the repair process. The crew meticulously cleaned my property. I had roof damage after a major wind storm in March of 2018. This caused water to leak into my attic and down into the second floor of my Multi-Family. Originally the insurance company claimed that only half of the roof needed to be replaced, but Chris identified and explained why the damage had been more severe than originally thought. That kind of attention to detail and consultative service is what drew me to work with Millstream and Chris in the first place. In very short order, he had a team at the house and in a single day had completed work. It was so well done that I used them to install gutters on top of the roof work, which was equally as flawless. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the roofing job done by Millstream Construction last week (6/5/18). The crew was professional and thorough. They 'protected' the house well when taking off the old roof and did an excellent job cleaning up after the job was completed. The job was done in one day (maybe 8.5 hours?) and it looks great. A day or so after, someone from Millstream came down to check it out and verify the quality of the job and to make sure we were satisfied. There was one, lonely shingle that wasn't lying flat and the Millstream staffer nailed it down. We recommend Millstream without reservation to anyone in its service area who needs a new roof.
I first met Chris when I
I first met Chris when I needed a roof replaced. He came out to the house gave me a fair and honest quote explaining in detail the process. They were in and out in one day and completely cleaned everything at the conclusion of the replacement. I then decided to do more work to my house, specifically remodeling 2 1/2 bathrooms; replacing exterior doors and one huge window. He is so easy to work with, we went over the scope of the project and he paid attention to what I envisioned providing feedback and options but always making sure it was what I wanted and keeping me informed throughout. Then I decided to replace the other windows in the house, once again I went to Chris. Came right out and project was completed timely and again what equated to ~ 10 windows installed in one day. Anytime I need any work done Chris and team will be my go to hands down!

Not only is Chris personable and professional, but his crew came out and did my entire roof in a day and it's an extremely large roof :-) and they're clean up was awesome. They even moved my potted plants away and back in place before they left. Additionally, because of his status with Owens Corning I was able to get the full 50 years warranty for workmanship and labor.

I had Millstream Construction perform a complete roof replacement on my house. Chris came to my home to produce a quote and was very communicative and explained in detail his expectations and processes. The finished work on the house is impeccable and I couldn't be more satisfied with his teams work. Craig, the project manager onsite answered all my questions and concerns. I was more than impressed with the completed job and I love my new roof. My experience with Millstream Construction has been very positive. My roofing job ended up being a challenge for me; as my first contractor did not work out. I read a book on roofing to become more informed and found I Chris (the owner) on Angie’s List. I called Chris and shortly thereafter he came to my house providing a very impressive presentation of materials and knowledge. I was surprised he was not upselling more. We signed a contract and he lived up to every obligation. His workers worked very hard and his foreman, Craig Kelso, was a pleasure to have here supervising the work. Craig is a great guy and very knowledgeable. During the process, Craig and Chris did an extra step on the flat roofs with which I am impressed, coordinated referrals / work for crown molding, gutters, and painting on the house. Ironically, the day they finished, we had severe storms. This was the ultimate test of their work. The house remained dry as a bone. I am so impressed and happy with their work that they are doing my Mom’s house next!
