Challenge A customer of ours was looking into buying a home in Thomaston, Connecticut. Many times, home inspectors won’t get on the roof or really know what potential issues to look for when it comes to roofing, that’s where Millstream comes in!

Challenge An old Victorian home in Hartford, CT needed to have a layer of slate removed from the roof of the home. This kind of work is rare to have done on a Victorian like this!

Challenge While engaging in a re-roofing project for a customer preparing to install solar panels on his home we noticed that all of the plywood was delaminated and had excessive mold growth, to many the answer may seem obvious.

Challenge A home in Hebron Connecticut we were called to shovel had an issue with ice dams forming and creating massive icicles, becoming a safety concern to the owners.

Challenge While performing and inspection and repairing a separate issue, we noticed an all too common problem with this roofs installation; fasteners in the seams of shingles. Solution ​Installing a roof isn’t hard, installing a roof the right way is a totally different story.

Challenge We were recently called to replace a garage roof in Whitman Massachusetts, the owners were confident in selecting our team and asked us to take a look at their homes roof as well even though it had only been installed a few years prior.
